Day 1

Weight: 136 (cant remember if there was a point)

Breakfast: nothing...forgot it at home
Lunch: rice, swiss steak, 2 clementines
Dinner: sloppy joe, carrots, ranch, chips
Snack:

Water: 3 glasses, 3 20 oz bottles

Exercise: 20 min Jillian Michael's 30 day shred

Comments: Workout was hard at first but I did it. I feel good.
